CRAFTSMANSHIP
"CRAFTSMANSHIP IS ABOUT THE SMALLEST OF DETAILS, CARE AND ATTENTION. IT INVOLVES PASSION, PATIENCE AND PRIDE, THAT TOGETHER CREATE A POWERFUL STORY - A STORY WORTH TELLING."
A little thought about our handmade jewelry. Machines used in mass jewelry production can possibly produce hundreds of pieces in the time a craftsman finishes one. The materials used in the making of handmade jewelry are generally more expensive, while an artisan cares deeply about the quality of the final product.
Gold price fluctuates and while we do not buy it in bulk, our prices depend on the current market value of gold. Nevertheless, the sentimental value compared to the machine made jewelry is incalculable and timeless.
“Preparing for creativity doesn't always involve an intentional hunt for inspiration. I get inspired by my clients and their stories, my simple routines - enjoying a cup of coffee, or observing my surroundings on my daily walks. I don’t take notes, I just soak in the emotion.”
I aim to create value through authentic designs and honest craftsmanship processes. Reaching complete sustainability is practically impossible, but being conscious about our material choices, the artisans we work with and offering a circularity service for our customers is the least we can do to get as close as we can.
The last step of my own sustainable process is personally helping you choose your special piece, to be cherished forever and eventually passed on for generations to come.
