Repair

Would you like to submit a damage or complaint report? Please reach us via repairs@aynurabbott.com. We will handle your submitted report with care and you will hear from us as soon as possible - within 2 working days. 

The repair fee excludes the shipping costs and is calculated based on our warranty policy. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

While our atelier is based in Istanbul and we put great emphasis on sustainability, we wait to collect multiple shipments before proceeding with the repairs. Depending on when we receive your jewel, please anticipate that the repair can take between 2-6 weeks. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


Warranty

Aynur Abbott's Lifetime Warranty

Our jewelry is handcrafted in our atelier. Although all jewels are meticulously produced with the best care, sometimes it happens to have some manufacturing defects. If one of your items contains a production defect, first of all, our apologies for that! You have the right to recall your warranty. The warranty does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear. 

Because I believe in sustainable products, I am happy to offer you a lifetime warranty on all my jewelry. Of course you have to properly take care of your pieces.

More information - about how to handle your jewelry in a responsible way - is accessible in our Care Guide. The lifetime warranty is valid when following these instructions.

The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

  • Slight variations - Handmade jewelry is unique. Therefore, slight variations and differences are not subject to manufacturing errors.
  • Loss or carelessness - Our warranty agreement does not cover lost items or jewelry that has not been handled with care. Damage due to intensive use is also not covered.
  • Third parties and commercial purposes - Damaged items - purchased by a third party - are not covered by the warranty agreement. As well as damage to jewelry purchased for commercial purposes or resale.

Gold

The warranty of damaged gold is 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear. 

Diamonds and Gemstones 

The warranty for lost diamonds or gemstones is 18 months from the date of purchase.
